I have a R100 VHF Repeater with TX - 158.400 & Rx - 159.400, Tx/Rx Tone - 103.5 using 2 antennas. I found out that there was no output power so I changed the TX radio to a M120 using the below info. got from this discussion board:
RX audio P3 - 10 on the receiver command board
Carrier Sq. P3 - 9 on the receiver command board
Gnd P3 - 8 on the receiver command board
this is the connector that connects the RF and command boards.
Carrier Sq P4 - 11 on the Repeater Control board
Flat audio Hi pass filtered P4 - on the Repeater Control board
RX audio Hi pass filtered Test Point 1 on the Repeater Control board
Exciter audio P5 - 3 on the Repeater Control board
PTT P5 - 2 on the Repeater Control board
GND P5 - 4 on the Repeater Control board
13.6 V P5 - 6 on the Repeater Control board
The repeater now transmits using the M120 with an output of 45W but I cant get audio on w/t while transmitting far away from Repeater Station but its ok when i'm close.
I couldn't identify the Flat audio Hi pass filtered P4 - on the Repeater Control board but identified others.
Could this be the cause? Whats the function of the Flat audio Hi pass?
Whats the diffrence between the Flat audio Hi pass filtered P4 & Exciter audio P5 - 3?
Can anyone help me with the I/O for GM300, M120 & CM120 to R100 Repeater?
Pls help asap
