HLN9742 FLASH ADAPTOR

anyone have the correct diagram for the hln9742 flash adaptor or a picture of the inside? the one posted here on batlabs is wrong.l

Just ad a line from pin 1 to pin 7 on the DB25FM. That will correct the problem.

thanks, i did know to jump 1 & 7 but i was more wondering which pin gets jumped to pin 25 to boot portables? i know for positive for mobiles you jump 1 & 7 to 25 but since the factory adaptor is an a/b switch, which pin coming out of the rib box gets connected to the switch and sends to pin 25 on the test cable?

I'll look at mine later today. I used the one from Batlabs, I just added the line form 1 to 7 to get it to work. I have used it on HT1250's, HT1550's, and CDM's with no problems.

I use the RIBless cables also.

The "B" position connects pins 25 and 12 on the Radio cable side of the adapter.

Jeff- Shoot me your email in a PM, and I'll send you a .pdf of the adapter's manual.
