Host / DSP ?

Post by 4n6inv »

I have an XTS3000 model 1, VHF. I'm trying to find the host / DSP info. When I read it with the CPS, it says "unknown". It's a legit radio, but obviously doesn't have a display to put into test mode. Any ideas?

Are you actually reading the radio, or simply loading a saved codeplug? Loading a codeplug will show "unknown". Reading the radio directly then looking at the radio info screen should show the firmware versions. If it doesn't, perhaps it's a CPS issue. What version are you using?

I'll try reading the radio. I read it some time back and saved the codeplug. I thought I could pull it up from the archive. Using Version 05.00.02 CPS.
