I would like to get a cup for my BMS Plus system. I have several STX yes STX not XTS batteries. They are just a bit bigger than the Genesis batteries. If anyone has the part number I would appreciate it.
Cannot find it on MOL and my Moto rep has a hard time finding the older stuff.
Thanks

I don't know, maybe this is what you are looking for? The part descriptions on MOL often leave much to be desired.
WPPN4000BR
7 VOLT ADAPTER-STX
List Price $15.00

Here are the part numbers and descriptions for the ones I currently have. Look at how different and how bad the descriptions on MOL are.
1. TDN9450A
ADAPTER, SABER/MX1000
$26.00 Each
2. TDN9435C
BATTERY ADAPTER <--- This is for the JEDI batteries but you would never know it based on this description. No wonder my local rep has such hard time finding things.
$38.00
3. TDN9662A
ADAPTER, BATTERY MAINT. SYS. <--GP300/P110 But again poor descripton
$26.00
4. TDN9441A
ADAPTER, HT600/MT1000/MTX/P200
$26.00
It does seem that all the cups start with TDN. Maybe I will do a seach on that. Two out of four descriptions give you no idea what the adapter is for. escomm it does not appear that this is the correct part number but thanks.

P.S. I think I found it. After looking at this post and seeing a pattern with part numbers I decided to do a search for TND94. The search returned 59 items and on the second page there it was:
TDN9451A
ADAPTER, STX
$22.50
I will check and see if this is it.
Thanks

I believe #1 and #2 in my previous post will do what you need. #1 does my Saber batteries and #2 does all my jedi batteries. My guess if you want to Saber R batteries you will need a different adapter if they make it.

right on.. i called MOL and got told that i needed the exact saber battery part number as they are in "groups".. geezz
they quoted me 2 part numbers for the jedis:
TDN9035 (nicd only) 38.00
CDN6364 (NICD/NIMH) 96.00
also do you have the AR or BR BMS? apparantly that makes a difference too

WPLN4079BR Battery Maintenance System Plus is what I have. Thanks for the info on the Sabers. I forgot about the Jedi cup for NIMH. We only use Nicad so I did not need the other cup. I also do not have any explanation on what the revisions AR to BR give you.

no prob.. on your saber one, you dont have any issues with different model #s of batteries do you?
i couldnt pry the number out of him without giving him the part number of EACH battery i had... "we have several groups"

I have not had any problems and I did not give my rep any battery model numbers. Maybe its the conventional vs. ruggedized batteries and maybe even different battery chemistry. Keep me updated if they give you a different part number.

We are thinking of purchasing a TDN-9430B conditioner/analyzer, do you know if the cups we have already for the WPLN4079BR are compatable? We have 6 spare XTS3000/5000 ones and would hate to have to buy 6 more because they are different.
I would think the cups/adapter plates would be the same, but this is motorola we are talking about here.. lol
thanks
