Anyone know how to go about getting your radios upgraded according to this bulletin. The bulletin states all xts2500,xts5000 and other radios should be upgraded to firmware R09.00.00 due to a "PL" issue.
I have a XTS2500 with 5.01 firmware . I would like to upgrade this.

You won't get it covered under that FSB. It states
MODELS / SYSTEMS AFFECTED:
All XTS2500/5000, XTS/MT/PR1500, XTL2500/5000, XTL/PM 1500 family radio using ONLY Host R08.01.03 firmware
utilizing the TPL feature are potentially affected. Radios utilizing DPL are not affected.
You will have to pay to get yours upgraded unless there is another FSB out there for your firmware revision.
