Converting a Spectra to an Astro Spectra? Is it possible?

Hi, i have an HRN6014A vhf wide band astro spectra RF Board. is it possible to put it in a regular spectra and after some nessisary software mods, convert it to an Astro Specra?

About the only thing the same in Astro and non Astro is the chassis
