Batboard

Ok this post is for those familiar with the MW800 F5206 series. There is a tool loaded on the unit called "CPU Diagnostics" or something similar to that. I am wondering if there is a way to go in and change some things like the CPU turn off voltage, etc. Motorola makes reference to an advanced MPS Kit (software). Is anyone familiar with this?
