Four PR400 Questions (LTR-related)

I'm programming a full keypad PR400, and the CPS has me stumped on these topics --
1) Am I overlooking something, or do these radios just not support Zones? (or Modes if you're familiar with the 1225LS) It's not a big deal to me, it just seems silly that the up/down arrow keys do the exact same thing as the top channel knob - rather than have the top knob change zones while the up/down arrows access the LTR groups within each zone.
2) Again, I have the full keypad model which is advertised to support up to 64-channels. So far, I have programmed in 105 channels without error. WTH? So what is the actual channel limit?
Edit: ok found out the limit is 64 conventional channels AND 100 LTR groups, so disregard #2
3) The spec sheet says
4) LTR scan malfunction - When parked on an LTR talkgroup and scan is turned on, the radio receives that group and all others in its scan list if and only if the LTR home channel is free. If the home channel is busy, this PR400 goes deaf and does not receive a) the selected channel, b) any TGs on its scan list, nor c) any UID talkgroup from any of the other repeaters. YES, it is programmed correctly and the radio transmits & receives perfectly on all other repeaters when the home channel is busy, but only if scan is turned off. Perhaps I overlooked something in the programming?

3) The spec sheet says
When I try to add more than 4 UIDs on my 64ch model, I get "Unable to add. Maximum of 4 is allowed". Is this a software bug?• Up to 4 Universal IDs per System (16 Channel Model)
• Up to 16 Universal IDs per System (32/64 Channel Models)
