Yeah, well, I'm not posting this link for the promotion of the item, I've just never EVER seen anything like this before! Anyone have any idea what it is? I need some HARDWARE INFORMATION!

It has strange cards: TEL INTF, T.C. LOGIC, LOGIC MODULE, T.C. DECODER FILTER, JACKFIELD MODULE.
