PR400 firmware upgrade process

Does anyone know the process to upgrade the firmware in a PR400?

I do not see the model number in the Pro series firmware upgrade listing.
Is this a depot only upgrade? Or can it be done at the shop level?

It can be done in shop, but you use Commercial Series firmware upgrade packages, not Professional Series.
No trees were harmed in the posting of this message...however an extraordinarily large number of electrons were horribly inconvenienced.
