TLN 5644 is an interconnect board
TCN 1223 is a base station unified chassis
TPN110 is a power supply.
If you don't know the station model number, you will need the exciter and receiver board numbers to know what you have. Those chassis numbers are no help to determine frequency band.

It's a Micor base. Sounds like, without pulling the manual, a base station with a continious duty power amp and associated power supply.
The range is 30-36 as evidenced by the part number of the power amp.
It's a unified chassis and has no filtering for full duplex operation.
Can it be used for amateur operation? Yes, sounds like a candidate for ten meter operation. You likely will have to change some caps but this is not a big deal.
Have fun!

I am running a 30-36 range Micor 110W mobile on assorted 29 Mhz channels without any cap changes. It should work OK as-is, although I don't know about the high power station PA decks.
