M100 R.I.C.K. Connection

I need help to build a cable from M1oo to rick for transmitter. Any help woulb appreciated.
If the M100 IS the transmitter, just wire the mic audio, PTT and ground into the mic jack. No changes needed in the radio.
The RICK is set just the same as if the radios had 16 pin connectors for repeater configuration.
