a5 to w7 head

I have a astro spectra and looking to chage my w5 head to a w7 head, What is needed to do that. and how easy is it... thanks
srecord of a simialar W7 radio and cram it in...using software that your not suppose to have.
Also if you do this, make sure you write down all your alignment settings etc, or its not going to be happy.
If you mess anything up, you'll brick your radio. Search the fourms, and you can see the whole process.
