Can anyone confirm that this is correct for the M1225? I saw another post that said it wasn't correct.

Also, Does anyone have a pinout of the microphone wires?

According to my M1225 manual the acc. connector is the same as that except pin 6 is "Programmable I/P"

Mic jack is the same as here: http://batlabs.com/images/maxrad.gif
except that pin 1 is 8 volts and pin 2 is unused.
