Started interfacing some phones into Zetron Headset Interface boxes and noticed that it is loading the mic audio level down pretty noticeable if you pick up the handset..earpiece doesnt seem so bad.


Any workaround for this or are they going to have to just deal with it?

There's probably a jumper to change impedence in the jack, or make sure they aren't double terminated.
