Spectra MLM board locations: memory dependent?

Post by dxon2m »

Hello all,

I have a Spectra UHF remote mount here and I've been trying to "customize" it with my own feature sets. I have done the same on my VHF spectra and it works awesome. But this UHF model is giving me a bit headache.

I was able to locate B681 - B690 in the command board, but on the MLM board, I search from 6183 +- 300 addresses and I can't find the same string as in B681-690. Last time I worked on the VHF and it was quite easy to find the Moflag locations on the MLM, but not on this UHF.

Now this leads me to a question, is the moflag location dependent on the radio settings/personalities loaded in the codeplug?
I would guess no because it is the location on the board that determines the function and the bit stored at that location determines the setting. BUT anyone is welcome to correct me. :)

Thank you in advance,
Dennis

They seem to be after the MODE and other settings.

If you start out with only one MODE, the MOFlags appear shortly after 6183. On the A9, they are further on down the line.
