I came across this flashcode: 591008-4F1E00-9 Is this one of Nick Deluca Radios??

That's the quintessential Nick Deluca flashcode... however, that codeplug's everywhere... just because the radio is 4F13, doesn't mean that it's necessarily a Nick radio. It does, however, mean it's been whored out by someone.
