GM900 acting crazy

Post by sb »

Hi!

I have VHF GM900 that I can programm and RX is also O.K.
But when I press PTT it starts to beep continously and green an red LED are flashing. If I push buttons it returns to normal RX.
Any idea ?

It looks like the PLL do not lock.
Did you programmed the radio out of the bandsplit?

Write your tuning parameters down and program the radio with a default codeplug, but I think you have a hardware problem in the PLL part of the radio.

I can give you a default codeplug and you only have to load it with
MTSX-Lab into the radio. After this retune the radio with the old parameters.
