PSAP / Dispatch Seating

We need to order chairs for the communications operators at my facility.

I tried the Recaro Commander, and was impressed by the comfort level, but they could not confirm the availability of refurbishment parts. This is important for a chair that's going to have a body in it 16+ hours a day.

Are the Pro Copper dispatch chairs actually comfortable? They tout the availability of servcie parts, and are in the price range.

If there are other products I should be looking at, I'm open to suggestions.
