the company i work for got me a test box { RLN4460 }.
I have to use this to repair and check the radios.
my question is what do i plug into the MT B+ terminals and the "meter out and AC/DC meter.
Is the meter out Audio?
Is the MT B+ DC supply and if it is, whats the voltage?

I built the RLN4460 box and meter out does give speaker audio if you set the rotary switches to do that to do SINAD measurements, etc. I can't answer you on the MT B+ supply but looking at the schematic of of the box it is a fused DC power connection. I have not used the supply on the radios I have been playing with. I put DC power to the radio directly. Someone else maybe has more info or experience on this.

i can see the MT B+ is a DC but i can't see 7.2V or 8 V or 9 V.
Is it supply for the radios?
if it is,that means the radio can be powered from the accessories connector.
Just want to get this right and make the full use of my new toy

If you received the documentation with your RLN4460, it states that the RLN was designed as an upgrade to and replacement for the RTX4005B which was used for many years with portables such as the MT series. The MT B+, fuse, and other MT servicing features were retained in the new design even though those portables have long been out of production. So for servicing any of the newer M portables or mobiles you don't need to even think about the MT servicing features.
The specific uses of the RLN 4460 are documented in the service manuals and/or help files(for CPS) for each specific model radio.

That isn't an external speaker connection. That is to connect to the input of a SINAD meter or system analyzer. There is no way to use a speaker to know what your signal to noise ratio is, you need a measuring instrument of some sort.
