VRM850 adding channels

Is it possible to change or add channels to a VRM850 over the air in a DataTAC 9.6 RDLAP system?

I would have to look it up but I do not think so, you would have to use WinRSS to program additional frequencies into the VRM, In WinRSS you have to have the right user level to program the freqs into the VRM as well....
