Batboard

I have a VHF PR400 that had display problems. Sometimes the display was blank, sometimes it was dashes, sometimes the contrast was poor or dim. I replaced the display module and now the display gets dim if I press on the front of the radio. Is the new display bad or what is causing this?

I had the exact same issues with one. I replaced the flex cable, no problems since.

I replaced the flex and keypad board and problem is gone.
