ASTRO Saber refurb top controls

Hi Guys,
I have an AS3 that is in good condition, but I would like to make it even better. Is there a refurb kit to replace the top panel and the bottons and knobs? I know there is a knob replacement kit but I would like to redo the whole top section..
Ideally id like it to look as good as this one.
