Question for the Impres Gurus

So, here's the deal.
I've got 4 of the XTS 4Ah Li-ion Impres batteries that I cycle through on a regular basis. Problem is what with them being such high capacity is I can go a week or more on a single charge. Obviously, by the time I'm done with a battery and cycle to the next, it's been sitting for 3-4 weeks, and the battery has reverted to "dumb".
My question is this: How best to handle the situation? Do I:
A) Let them sit on the shelf, and when ready to use, do the drop in, remove within 5 seconds, and drop back in to recondition.
B) Let them sit in the Impres rack at all times when not being used.
C) Something else?
Any pros and cons of the above would be appreciated.
