Batboard

I've got two MTXs (H01WCH4DB7AN) that, when I program for use on the Snohomish County trunking system (PS channels) I get a FAIL 001 error. I've put this codeplug in other similar models with out problems. Is there a way to tweek the VCO to move it upband a bit? I just want these for 'scanning' so TX and specs aren't really an issue.
