This should help:
This program does not recognize the cursor arrows.
Use the number keys across the top of the keyboard.
The Num Lock and Caps Lock keys may need be activated for
the program to work properly.
KEY Function
2 Move down within Menu
4 Scroll back
6 Scroll forward
8 Move up within Menu
L List prog. options to display or printer
F Select special function
ESC Return to Main Menu
Enter Select option next to cursor or terminate data entry
Ctrl-C Quits the program
For lots more on the R100 use the Search Icon.

If you have any trouble with the R100 RSS,you can also try the MC-Micro Master RSS and choose MC-Compact(for R100 repeaters).
The MC-Compact Master version give you a better access to the parameters as the R100 Master version.
The RSS use the same XT keypad functions like the R100 RSS.

If it was a base R100 it probably only has one RF deck.
The repeaters have two.
I have to agree with Andreas as well on ther MC-Compact RSS
Much better.

Ok you have a repeater.
The photo of the TRC board bought back nightmares from my time in the UK.
Do you have the MC-Centro software as well.
I just hope it's not the select 5 version console as that again was a nightmare.
Very popular mix, the centro and the compact in the UK
Just don't colocate with anything else. The front ends suck for adjacent channel rejection.

The radio looks like a R100 aka MC-Compact not a Maxtrac.
The MC-Micro Master RSS supports the MC-Centro cosole too!
