HMN1014B DTMF microphones

HMN1014B DTMF microphones can I change the cable on this microphones and use it on my spectra radio. As I am having a hard time finding a one for the spectra?
You probally can change the cable.
BTW, I have a Spectra DTMF mic... like new.
