Anyone know what it means when, after an apparently successful install of the Moto Trbo CPS (1.00), starting the program results in "Application filed to initialize properly; press OK to exit (0xc0000135)".

run windows update and see if active-x or runtime needs to be updated? but i doubt it, the version on the install cd should have a version to make the program run fine.
