I'm trying to find a VHF Motorola portable that I can program this narrwoband frequency in:

151.7825, I think this means I need 2.5kHz channel spacing

Am I correct, and if so What models should I be looking at?

are you looking for new or used? pretty much anything you get new will do it.

What would be my best bet for used equipment? I have a VHF HT1000 that will not accept that frequency.

depends on what your looking for in terms of a radio? Channels? Display? Size? Ht750's are cheap on fleabay a D series Ht1000 will do it too!

Any of the el cheapo model 1 Astro Sabers on Greedbay will take 7.5kHz spacing. They don't even need to be IMBE-capable.
