AS3 display replacement

How tough is it to replace the LCD screen in an AS3? There's a couple of UHF AS3 radios on eBay for auction with cracked displays, and if it's not a complete nightmare, I'd like to get them and fix them myself. I have "da mad skillz" and all the tools it takes to fix small and delicate parts, like those inside of an HT.

Changing an AS display is a five minute job IF you
have the right part. The right part consists of the
display WITH the flex and connector already attached.
If you have only the display and must solder up the
flex it'll take a while. LCD displays, with and without
the flex, appear every so often here and on eBay.

Do you have a part number so that when I'm looking (or have to order, Gods forbid) I know I'm getting the right one?

I have an AS2/3 display in front of me with the following
numbers on it:

51R0535Y01 Rev A
4-PM0T0020 Rev A

But nothing resembling a "standard" Motorola part number.

It doesn't look like soldering on the eight small wires would
be too difficult a job.
