I need help. I bought a radio just like anyone else on ebay and it's a p1225LS and it's password protected,and I thak you so much for the info. Like the info regaurding the HT1550 wich works just exallent. I was wondering if anyone out there knows how to buypass the password? If so any help will do. Thank you.

Can't you just get another codeplug from someone else and reprogram it out.

Yes, he should be able to get around that by cloning in a new codeplug. What's the model number of the radio?
