Speaker mike for GP340

Hello guyes 
I'm looking for at speaker mike wich have two ekstra buttons.
The buttons is for Emergency and the same as button option one on the radio it self...
I have been searching for one like it for almost two month now so hope you can help me....
It dosent have to be orig. motorola!
