I could be wrong, but I believe the C100 series was OEM'd by CPI, and is "programmed" with jumper switches and option ordering at time of purchase. The C200 series was OEM'd by GaiTronics and is software programmed.

You might look at the CPI site, from which you can download the TR series manual and compare the board layout to your remote. If, as I suspect, they are the same, then the manual may be of assistance.

I was told that Gai Tronics made this unit also but I don't have proof of that yet. I did however call CPI and they claim they didn't make the unit. I was also told a company called CML made some remotes for Motorola but I can't find them to ask. Thanks

I have a .pdf service manual on it. If you would send an e-mail address, I will mail it to you.

If you still have the service manual on the C100 or an operators manual, I'd like to have it.
Please email it to chrisbern71@hotmail.com
Thank you in advance

Does your Manual also covers the DC version of the C100 L1475A remote? If so please send a copy to ddower@downeast.ca

Thanks in advance

FYI,

The C100 (also known as the Command Series) was made by Instrument Associates Inc (IAI) in Memphis, Tennessee (which is now Gaitronics) for Motorola.
They also made (make) the Command Plus dispatch consoles.

All of you who post their email addresses in the open forums might wish to consider not doing so. When the Bots sweep the Board they can pick up your address and your troubles with Spam might just take off. It's better to send your address via PM because that way it can't be picked up and distributed all over the place.

Greetings Lake Effect,

I tried to PM you but they are stuck in my outbox? Would you mind sending out one more copy of your pdf? Thanks much.

I'm reviving an old post only because I too am now looking to obtain a manual for a C100 Command Series Tone Remote. Is anyone still available to help me out?
Thank you.
