Spectra to Tone Termination Panel Connectivity question

Hello All, Thanks in advance for taking a look at my post. I am trying to connect a Spectra UHF to a CC2 Console. I am replacing a Kenwood Tk-830 Series mobile previously in place. The Kenwood was connected to the console via a CPI TTP1 series tone panel. I have a cable made up for the DB15 Accsy. connector for the Spectra I just need some guidance with the TTP. The TTP has the following terminals, from left to right:
MOD OUT
V+
MIC HI
PTT
SQ. IN
RX. IN
GND
N.O
N.C
C
GND
I have been able to get audio to the console, however NO PTT with voice. Pin 13 for DATA PTT comes through ok when terminated to RX.IN however, no voice. Also, part of the desired end result is for the operator to "hear" the sidetone through the console speaker, I am not sure if that changes which audio pin I need to use?
Again, thank you all for your help.
