HT1250 Stored Voice Option Board Issue

Hello All,
I recently had my HT1250 sent back to the factory for repair because the side outlet for a microphone was sensitive and sometimes would not work. Anyway, Motorola repaired it, putting a new case on the radio and covered it under warranty. I had a stored voice board in my radio before it left, now my buttons I had programmed for the stored voice board to operate it do not work. I tried going into the menu and then into the stored voice board and those functions (record) do not work. I tried reprogramming the radio with my codeplug and its still the same. Does anyone else have any suggestions before I call up my local M representative that sent it back to the factory for me?
Do the stored voice option boards have to be programmed separately? If so, how is that done? I didn't see anything about those on the CPS other than specifying what option board you have on the radio.
Thanks,
JC
