Hi,

In the cable diagram for the MC Micro -> http://www.batlabs.com/images/micro.gif, it uses a M1811 transistor, could one substitute a 2N3904 for this?

I read a post someplace where someone suggested a 2N2907A as well?

Suggestions?

Most any small signal PNP transistor will work there. It is not critical. A 2N3904 would be fine.

A 2N3906 is used in the R100 cable, simmular function.

Thanks, I will give it a shot!

I used a 2N2907 (equiv 2N3906) and it worked fine.

I'll email bat guys and see if they can change their diagram.
