Is anyone else having problems? It took me a month and a half to get 3 CP 125's then it took almost 4 weeks to get a delivery on 10 CM200's? Customers are getting impatient.

Sounds like you actually got fast delivery. Motorola is not know for delivering any radio very fast now.
