Issues with Impress

Hello, I just charging my battery the 4th time. The battery went completely dead. When i put it in the charger it i get a red light and its been there for almost 2 days. I took the battery off the charge and put it on the radio and its sill dead. Do i have a bad battery or charger?

First tell us the model numbers of the battery and
the charger.
