Batboard

I have a midpower A9 Spectra with a DEK box, what do I need to set up a second external speaker controlled by the DEK box to hear outside the car and also using the internal PA system with the same speaker also controlled by the DEK. Am I trying to do something that can't be done or do I have to get alot more equipment.
