In this helps- the model is H09SDF9PW7BN
SERIAL- 326AZY****
FLASHCODE- 1000080000000

it has all tags on, etc- appears to be legit. Please help!!

I think they may mean the radio is inhibited. But I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

Ah ha- after searching the forums about inhibited radios, it appears you are correct. If I was able to clone it with a different, but working xts3000r, would this uninhibit it?

Maybe yes and maybe no. It depends on what the last version of software was used to program it.
If it was a recent (last 2 years) version of CPS that won't do it. If it was programmed with an earlier version you have
yourself a maybe.

Thanks for the helpful replies. Hopefully the maybe can turn into a yes in the next few days. If I were to clone it, would it have to be with a radio programmed the same as the inhibited one, or can it be any working xts3000?

Radios get inhibited for a reason, usually that they are stolen.

Do yourself a favor, call your local law enforcement agency and have them check out your serial number.

This is a very good possibility, it has engravings on the side which lead me to believe it once belonged to a fire department. Does anyone here have the ability to check a serial number if I were to PM the number?

I would suggest if you have any belief it is stolen you personally should contact your local law enforement agency. They can check the serial number for you and you can go from there. One of the hazzards of buying online.......

XMO has already suggested that you personally call your local LE agency. That is what you need to do. If someone here had the ability and ran the number for you it would raise alot of questions as to why they were running it and where it was if it comes back stolen.
