Interseting MDC Call Setup Questions

this is a bit custom... BUT...

currently, our county medcom dispatcher sends out 4x sets of QCII tones to our VHF system. this activates a Minitor II pager which is conencted to a CDM1550 which allows the tones & beeping noise to be sent via the CDM1550 over our UHF dispatch system...

I'd the QCII tones to cause the CDM1550 to send out a group MDC page to code xxx, such that our radios will activate. reason being, i'd like to set a channel to have a channel set to have the MDC mute properities to be AND, not OR, such that members may utilize the radio as a pager. it also must then transmit audio after the MDC page feature.

I'd use QCII as our call options, but MOST of our MTS-2000 A4's do not have that feature. they all do have MDC-1200 tho...

anybody do anything like this, or have any ideas?
