Mintor 4 RSS

Ok does anyone know if the RSS for the minitor 4 is a free download. I have downloaded the Minitor 5 software free at motorola web sit and have been told that the m4 RSS is also free but can't find it. I don't want to pay for it as I only need to change a frinds pager and for the cost it would be cheaper for him to go to the radio shop and pay the one time fee. please help thanks.

AS far as I know the M4 software is not available as a free download. Discussed it with parts ID just the other day, then I ordered the software for about $35.00. He could not explain why the M% was free and the M4 was not
