Is there a way you can grab a quik call 2 tone out of the air during a dispatch and have it stored. How is this done.
I know you can set up the quik call 2 tones if you know the tone Hz freqs.

I's a program called WinTone.
It can be found at http://www.personainternet.com/~northscan/files.html
You would plug you scanner into the line in of a computer and the program will decode it for you.
