HT1250ls+ is Locked

I have gotten a HT1250ls+ and its has a locke code in it the programer says how can i get the password off the radio? so i can get it programed to use it for work ? Can Any one help me
Please try using the board's Search function. While it is not the greatest search tool in the world (I'm being kind), many problems have been addressed multiple times previously.

If your programmer is reluctant to go hacking their CPS, cloning in a non-password protected codeplug from an identical model is probably your best bet.
