W3 Control Head Coiled Cable Part # or Pinout

Anyone know the part number or the pinout for the coiled cable on the HHCH for the W3 astro spectra? I've got one ready for a conversion but I'm missing the coiled cable. Would like the pinout to make my own but a part number would be great too. Thanks!!!

Per the service manual HKN6095.
DB-25 -- RJ 45
4 ----- 4
5 ----- 7
12 ------ 5
14 ------ 6
18 ------ 4
22 ------ 1
23 ------ 3
24 ------ 2
25 ------ 8
Note that RJ45 pin 4 connects to both pin 18 and pin 4 on the DB 25 side

HKN6095 has been replaced by 3080043S01
