Minitor V Alert Sounds

Post by jantman »

Hello,

Our organization has about 20+ Minitor V's. We recently purchased the programming cradle and cables.

When programming them, some of us noticed that there are a few "musical alert" tones. Just out of interest, I wanted to know what they sound like. We are toned out by a regional dispatch center, and don't have any capability to do a bench transmit to one pager - any tones will activate all of them.

Does anyone know if I can obtain sample audio files of the different alert sounds, just so I can play them and know what's what?

Thanks,
Jason

I have all them on my computer at home as a Wave File so you can play and hear what they sound like. I will be home Tuesday afternoon and i will send them over to you then.

http://radioworks.ca/fire_rescue_pagers.htm. Right click & save in case they take the site down.
