When you press the phone button and then see "PLEASE WAIT" then get "NO PHONE" anyone know if thats just indicative of that particular radio ID not being allowed phone capabilities or would it more likely be that there is no phone interconnect for that system? To my knowledge the system should have interconnect... It did at one point.

Could be an indicator that you are not authorized to use the phone, or perhaps that the CIT has been disabled on the controller.

I know a few customers that have elected to disconnect the telco lines and remove the CIT from their system because of cellular phones being so popular now.
