Hello,
I have a TLE 1713A-3 pa amp, I am in need of a schematic for this unit. I have been told that the output transistors are no longer available for this unit. I will need to cross reference the ones that are installed in the unit. Has anyone had any luck finding these rf transistors? Any help will be greatly appreciated. The unit does not have any output at this time. Thanks for reading this post. 73.

Dave,

Check on the mobile version as they are close and used the same transistors. You may be able to get a mobile and swap out the circuit board/transistors. The transistors are part of the microstrip and the ceramic is fragile.
