I am looking for any manuals for an HP 55300A GPS Primary Reference Source.

Hewlett Packard's timing product line was sold to Symmetricom, so any information would have to come from Symmetricom's website. I checked their knowledge base, and user and programming manuals and some other miscellanea are still available there:

I tried to deal with that company on more than one occasion, with no results. They don't answer E-Mail's or return phone calls. Frankly I don't see how they remain in business with that attitude. As far as obtaining the info through their knowledge base you need an id/password to which I have yet to obtain since no response comes from the company.
