Inhibiting a spectra

DOes a conventional spectra have mdc1200 inhibit capabilities in it.
Our 911 center advised the kill command will not work for these radios.
Mod note: I tried to search with spectra inhibit. It deletes spectra. New search sucks

I have had several Spectras in here that seemed to be inhibited. Just something in the codeplug. The radio would not operate, read the codeplug and RSS displays "Radio inhibited"
I was able to clone them back to life. As far as I have found, the inhibit is not something that was over the air kill.

Not a conventional radio, only trunking units. Spectra's can be brought back with RSS, all others using CPS requires other methods to recover them upon being inhibited.
